FEHB Plan Comparison

Compare 2027 federal health plans side-by-side. Filter by HSA compatibility, sort by cost, and build a comparison table for the plans that matter to you.

Coverage Tier
Retirement tip: You can generally keep FEHB in retirement if you retire on an immediate annuity and were covered by FEHB for the five years of service right before retirement, or since your first chance to enroll if that is shorter. Coverage as a family member counts. Confirm your own eligibility with your HR office or OPM. Premiums increase annually — budget ~4% per year for long-term planning. Veterans with a VA rating may consider dropping FEHB after Medicare eligibility at 65.
